In the process of using safety light curtain, there are some common problems, such as the instability of alignment of safety light curtain. So what is the cause of this problem? ESPE summarizes this as below:

1. The sensing distance has exceeded the setting detection distance (protective length) of the safety light curtain itself, and need to be readjusted;

   
   

2.The light alignment of the transmitter and the receiver is not at the same level. When alignment deviation between the transmitter and the receiver is plus or minus 5 degrees, it is more difficult to light alignment.

3.The safety light curtain has been used for too long, and too much dirt or dust accumulated inside, which will cause instability to align.

4.The safety light curtain has been interfered by the outside world, and the shielding wire needs to be connected well.
